Horse Racing Manager targets real horse racing enthusiasts (as well as those with a passing interest), allowing them to be a stable owner or a jockey and also allowing them to bet on races. The gamer has the opportunity to participate in all three game modes or just in some of them depending on his centres of interest. Horse Racing Manager can be played in solo mode or multiplayer over a LAN or the Internet.
